Alternates & Delegates for the South Carolina Democratic Party Convention! We are go for the weekend of June 21st-22nd at the Columbia Convention Center on Lincoln St. in downtown Columbia, SC.
Activities on Friday night are the Blue Palmetto Dinner and the "world famous" Jim Clyburn Fish Fry. There's no charge for the fish fry. Anyone who wishes to run for a SCDP officer position must file with the SCDP by May 22.
More details will be coming soon about breakfast and lunch events. On Saturday morning, check-in is 8 to 915AM. The convention is called to order at 930AM. We'll be voting on party officers, resolutions, and platform and will hear from speakers which will include many 2020 presidential candidates.
